You can choose to collect your parcel at a pickup point near you, from the nearest options shown at checkout.

We also deliver to your door anywhere in Norway. The parcel can be left at your door if you prefer. You can change your preferred delivery day via the tracking link you receive after purchase. If left unattended, the shipment is considered delivered once confirmed, and responsibility for the parcel then transfers to you.

GIZAY is responsible for the product from shipment until it is confirmed delivered.

We hope you'll love your purchase. Should you wish to return an item, we offer a 100-day right of return from the day you receive your product. Returns and exchanges apply only to unopened products with unbroken packaging. Bed linen and towels are hygiene products and cannot be returned or exchanged once the packaging has been opened.
