Returns and Exchanges

To return or exchange an item, email us at hei@gizay.no with your order number and the reason for your request. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions for sending the item back to our warehouse in Oslo.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to the address we provide. Once the item is received and approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days.

If you'd like to exchange for a different size or colour, let us know in your email. We'll send instructions for returning the original item, and your new item will ship once the return is registered.

We're happy to exchange unused bed linen and towels for a different size or colour, in line with our return policy.
